Lamont Headlining Chamber’s Annual Meeting & Ceremony
The event will also celebrate the Company and Member of the Year recipients
STAMFORD — Governor Ned Lamont will give a keynote address to attendees at the Stamford Chamber of Commerce’s 37th Annual Meeting & Awards Ceremony. It will be held on Thursday, September 19, at CoCreate.
The occasion will begin with registration from 3:00 - 4:00 pm followed by the program from 4:00 - 5:00 pm, which will feature welcome remarks by Mayor Caroline Simmons. After that, from 5:00 - 6:00 pm, there will be a gathering for cocktails and networking.
On Thursday, August 8, the Chamber’s Board of Directors and staff announced the 2024 Company of the Year and Member of the Year Award Recipients. This year, the recognition went to Rubenstein Partners, L.P., a private equity fund manager, for Company of the Year and PJ Kennedy, the visionary founder behind the Hey Stamford! digital media brand, for Member of the Year.
Admission is available for $85 for members and $95 for future members. The event is open to anyone aged 21 years old or older. Registration can be found at stamfordchamber.com.

Lamont, who was first elected governor in 2018, won reelection to a second term in 2022.
